In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you that your data will be processed in our records for the purpose of maintaining and fulfilling the relationship with our entity, which includes the sending of communications within the scope of this relationship.
Furthermore, your data will be shared in cases where it is necessary for the development, fulfillment, and control of the relationship with our entity, or in those cases authorized by law. The contents of this communication, as well as any attached documentation, are subject to the duty of confidentiality and are addressed exclusively to the recipient. If you are not the intended recipient, please notify us and refrain from sharing its contents with third parties, proceeding to destroy it.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING AND USE OF SMART LOCKER TENERIFE LOCKERS
**OBJECT**
These general conditions govern the contracting of SMART LOCKER TENERIFE lockers through the website www.smartlockertenerife.com as well as their use. They also govern the contractual relationship between Mattia Trombin (owner of SMART LOCKER TENERIFE lockers) and the User who contracts the SMART LOCKER TENERIFE locker service.
**SERVICE**
SMART LOCKER TENERIFE offers its Users the possibility of renting any of its lockers for periods of full days (within the hours offered by SMART LOCKER TENERIFE).
**What types of lockers does SMART LOCKER TENERIFE offer?**
SMART LOCKER TENERIFE offers four types of lockers:
- **S:** 10cm high x 30cm wide x 40cm deep. Small objects such as keys, documents, TV/AC remotes, etc.
- **M:** 40cm high x 50cm wide x 60cm deep. 1 small suitcase + 1 small backpack.
- **L:** 50cm high x 50cm wide x 60cm deep. 2 small suitcases + 2 small backpacks.
- **XL:** 90cm high x 50cm wide x 60cm deep. 2 large suitcases or 4 small suitcases + 1 small backpack.
**What can a User place inside their locker?**
Within the limits established in this document (see section "Limits on the Use of Lockers"), a User can place any items they wish, as long as they fit within the specified sizes, to avoid overloading the locker.
**How can a User check if there are available SMART LOCKER TENERIFE lockers?**
Through the website www.smartlockertenerife.com, the User can check the availability of lockers for the desired dates.
**For how long can a locker be rented?**
The User can rent a locker for a minimum period of 1 day.
**When can the User access the locker(s) they have rented?**
The locker rental service will be accessible to the User from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Therefore, any User who rents a locker for one day can access their locker on the reserved day from 8:01 AM until 9:59 PM.
**Once items are placed in the locker, can the User only access it to retrieve them?**
No, the SMART LOCKER TENERIFE service is a rental service. The User can access the rented locker as many times as they wish or need during the rental period. Therefore, if the User forgets something or needs to access their locker during the day, they can do so without issues during the reserved period.
**What is the price the User must pay per locker/day?**
The price per locker will be as indicated on the website at the time of booking, and the User can benefit from any ongoing offers. The prices on the website include VAT and refer to the rental of a locker (according to its size) for one full day.
**How do the lockers work?**
The lockers offered by SMART LOCKER TENERIFE are fully automated. The User can make the reservation through our website www.smartlockertenerife.com, indicating, in addition to their personal data, the number of lockers they wish to rent, their size, and the reservation period. After completing the booking, the User will receive confirmation of the booking, the locker number(s) reserved, and a security code to access their locker(s). Therefore, the User will access their locker via the security code provided by SMART LOCKER TENERIFE when making their reservation.
**What should the User do if they encounter any issues with their locker?**
In case of malfunction, blockage, or any other issue with the locker, the User will have access to SMART LOCKER TENERIFE’s assistance service, which can be contacted by calling +34 624144485 or by emailing info@smartlockertenerife.com.
**Can the User modify, cancel, and/or get a refund for their reservation?**
SMART LOCKER TENERIFE aims for the satisfaction of your booking. Therefore, we provide the option to:
- **Modify the reservation:** Modifications should be made at least 24 hours before the start of the reserved service. After this time, modifications will not be possible. Modifications will depend on the availability of lockers at that moment and may incur an additional charge due to bank fees.
- **Cancel the reservation:** Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the start of the reserved service. After this time, cancellations will not be possible. If the User has any questions about the cancellation policy, they can email info@smartlockertenerife.com.
- **Get a refund:** The refund will be processed once the cancellation status has been verified. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the User within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal request.
**ACCESS AND RESERVATION**
To rent SMART LOCKER TENERIFE lockers, the following requirements must be met:
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Accurately complete the fields in the reservation form on the RESERVATIONS section of the website (particularly: name, phone number, email, reservation date, rental days, number and size of lockers desired, and payment information).
- Accept these general terms and conditions of service and locker use.
- Accept the privacy policy of SMART LOCKER TENERIFE, as the entity responsible for the lockers.
Once the booking process is complete, the User will receive confirmation of their reservation by email, indicating the assigned locker number(s), reserved days, and access codes.
**USER OBLIGATIONS. LIMITS ON THE USE OF LOCKERS**
By renting the SMART LOCKER TENERIFE lockers, the User agrees to:
- Use the lockers solely for storing their own property temporarily and securely.
- Use the lockers responsibly, ensuring they are properly closed when the User leaves the premises.
- Not use the lockers for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including storing stolen items, drugs, pornography, or anything harmful or degrading to humans.
- Not store any items requiring a license without proper authorization (e.g., firearms).
- Not store any hazardous or contaminating materials (e.g., flammable items or dangerous substances).
- Not use the lockers for storing animals or any living beings.
- Not store food in the lockers unless it is sealed and non-perishable, without causing spills or odors.
- Not share the security code with third parties and remain fully responsible for any violations of this obligation.
- Not use the lockers for storing goods to be collected by a third party.
- Access the premises solely to use the rented locker and only for brief actions related to the stored items. The User should not stay on the premises longer than necessary.
- Not consume food or drink inside the premises.
- Retrieve the stored items before 9:59 PM on the last day of the rental period.
- Leave the lockers in the same condition as they found them and report any issues to SMART LOCKER TENERIFE via email at info@smartlockertenerife.com.
- Not take photos or videos inside SMART LOCKER TENERIFE locations, especially of security mechanisms.
- Not store money, jewelry, electronic devices (tablets, computers, TVs, etc.), or other high-value items, as these are solely the User's responsibility.
**CONSEQUENCES AND USER RESPONSIBILITY IN CASE OF BREACHING THEIR OBLIGATIONS**
The User must indemnify SMART LOCKER TENERIFE for any damage resulting from the breach of their obligations under this agreement.
**Failure to comply with rental deadlines**
In the event that the User does not empty their rented locker(s) by the rental expiry date, SMART LOCKER TENERIFE is authorized to access the locker to remove the stored items and make the locker available for use by other customers. SMART LOCKER TENERIFE will temporarily store the items and attempt to contact the User to arrange the return of the items (at the User’s cost). After fifteen days without contact or without the User retrieving the items, the items will be considered abandoned and SMART LOCKER TENERIFE will proceed accordingly.
